Over thirty-thousand new products are sent to the market annually on behalf of some of the world’s most competitive brands. Ninety-five percent of those consumer products will fail. So for leading brands like Budweiser, longevity, and stability have never been more important. Although a brand’s staying power may be driven by what comes next, its heritage still holds the most powerful and authentic details of its existence. To recharge the cultural conversation around this rich history, we helped revitalize and reimagine the Budweiser Racing brand from one of the most celebrated decades in all of motorsport: the Seventies. Apparel, activations, and branded content were conceived in concert to create an integrated narrative, reinvigorating the spirit of Paul Newman’s winning 1979 racing season.
