To reach audiences outside the ones housed in the CDP and on Facebook, we worked to launch the WinstonRewards Instagram channel, focused on creating a bustling community engaging with a spectrum of content ranging from program education to affinity-based creative.

Building a community without advertising meant we couldn’t rely on brands’ typical tricks to get attention and engagement. We went back to the basics, building an organic community from the ground up. By deploying multi-faceted content of all types focusing on the affinities and interests of the users, channel growth, engagement and reach grew exponentially month after month.
